How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Email:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email titel "Order Shipped" provided you’ve entered your email address in the 'My Account Details' section.
For lightweight parcels (under 100g):
No tracking number will be provided.
You’ll receive a photo of the addressed parcel as shipping confirmation.
2. Track via Our Website
Log in to your GoShop with Febe Account
Go to "Order History" → Under "To Ship", click on your Order Number (e.g., #1035)
Scroll down to the Tracking Information section
Click the tracking number to view real-time updates on the courier’s website.
3. Contact Us for Help
If your tracking isn’t updating or your package is delayed, message us via:
